MINNEAPOLIS - February 5, 2014 - Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM, a leading upper-midscale hotel brand, today announced the opening of Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Frederick, MD.

The renovations will add more modern interiors and color palettes and comfortable yet stylish furnishings. Areas of the hotel to be updated and renovated include the guest rooms, corridors and common spaces. The renovation will also include the expansion of the dining room and breakfast serving area.

The hotel currently offers 100 guest rooms and suites, a fitness center and business center. The hotel features the brand's signature and complimentary amenities including high-speed Internet access and hot, breakfast served daily on classic diningware. The hotel also offers complimentary weekday newspaper and parking.
