Magnolia Hotels Adds New St. Louis Property to Stash Hotel Rewards
Offers Stash Points to Guests Just Days After Opening Its Doors
ST. LOUIS, MO - August 26, 2014 - Magnolia Hotels announced it has added its newest property, Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, to Stash Hotel Rewards the largest point-based rewards program for independent hotels across the U.S. Business and leisure travelers can now earn and redeem reward points at all five properties in the Magnolia portfolio - including Dallas, Denver, Houston, Omaha, and St. Louis.
“At first we weren't sure, so we just added one property to Stash, our Houston hotel,” said Mike Pratt, VP of Sales and Marketing at Stout Street Hospitality. “Within a couple of months, we saw Stash was a grand slam. Now, every hotel we manage is in the program. It just works.”
Nearly 500 new guests gained from within the Stash network visited Magnolia Hotels this past year. These new guests - Stash members who signed up for the program at another Stash partner hotel -brought 1,586 incremental room nights and $269,373 in new guest revenue to Magnolia Hotels.
To build on this success, the Magnolia team is now working more closely with other Stash partners, like the New Orleans Hotel Collection, to create cross-promotional marketing campaigns to capture even more new guests.
