Jones Lang LaSalle Arranges Sale of Mayfair Hotel

MARCH 27, 2007. On behalf of its client, Colony Capital, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is pleased to announce the sale of the Mayfair Hotel & Spa to Ceebraid Signal. The 179-guestroom condo hotel is an architectural landmark designed by Kenneth Treister.

The Mayfair Hotel & Spa offers a dynamic blend of meeting space, leisure activities and spa services catering to both the group and leisure market. The hotel benefits from its central Coconut Grove location which offers ease of access with respect to regional and local transportation routes and demand generators.

Miami is experiencing continued growth and economic success attributable to continued television and media exposure, a record-low unemployment rate, new job creation and corporate movement to Miami. The Miami hotel market has established itself as a one of the leading markets in the Southeast.
