New Associate Director of Sales at One Ocean Resort

Bringing fifteen years of experience as a marketing and sales professional, Bothwell's responsibilities include recruitment and training of sales staff, working with catering and conference services, forecasting, revenue management, systems training, report analysis and extensive involvement with the annual business plan.

As a group sales manager, Bothwell developed and managed a diverse market segment as she exceeded quarter and annual revenue goals as a top achiever in the company. Bothwell managed quarterly client sales blitzes, traveled to feeder cities for agency presentations and planned new programs designed to increase group bookings. Prior to joining One Ocean Resort & Spa, Bothwell was the manager of business travel sales at Omni Hotel in Jacksonville, where she developed and managed a multimillion corporate transient market. Her sales experience also includes positions at The Spirit of Hospitality in Jacksonville, Partners in Progress - Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Tropical Breeze Resort & Spa in Sarasota. Bothwell earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing management from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
