Michael Newman joins Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West
Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG) announced today that it has hired Michael Newman as the new general manager at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. First Hospitality Group, Inc. President and CEO Robert Habeeb made the announcement.
Newman comes to FHG with 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry at the Hyatt, Hilton and Marriot. Most recently, he worked at United Airlines as Senior Management in Hotel Procurement where he specialized in securing global partnerships with leading brand hotels and resorts.
In his new role with FHG, Newman will be responsible for overseeing staffing, training, sales, guest satisfaction, revenue management, marketing and overall operations of the hotel.
