The Roosevelt Hotel in New York City Promotes Joseph Bustos to Director of Digital Marketing
NEW YORK, N.Y. Bustos graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2006 with a degree in business administration and management. Prior to joining The Roosevelt Hotel, he served as front office manager and assistant front office manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, where he oversaw phone reservations, room assignments and fulfilled requests for special services, such as meetings or catered events. Throughout his career tenure at The Roosevelt Hotel, Bustos has proven the ability to lead overall revenue efforts during difficult economic times after spearheading a variety of projects, which include changing the hotel's central reservations system, upgrading digital online marketing efforts and establishing new pricing and revenue management strategies.
