TEMPE, AZ. October 22, 2015 — RAR Hospitality, the San Diego-based hotel management and acquisitions company, is proud to expand its expertise to Tempe, Ariz. to oversee management of the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Tempe - ASU Area. RAR Hospitality took over management of the Hampton Inn & Suites in early October to launch its fifth hotel in Arizona in just nine months. RAR's rapidly increasing presence in Arizona encompasses properties throughout the Greater Phoenix area and a hotel in Tucson.

RAR Hospitality manages the four-floor,117-room Hampton Inn & Suites and owns four other chained-brand hotels in Arizona. The hotel offers two meeting rooms with a 1,000-square-foot space for conferences and corporate meetings. RAR Hospitality manages 40 employees including appointed General Manager Pilar Spresser, an experienced award-winning hotelier within the Hilton family of hotels.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Tempe - ASU Area opened its doors at the end of January 2015 just in time for the Super Bowl, Waste Management Phoenix Open and Cactus League's spring training season. Located one mile from Arizona State University, four miles south of Old Town Scottsdale, and a quick drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, the hotel is ideally situated for each business traveler and family vacation.
