The Rainmaker Group Taps Dom Beveridge as Executive Vice President of Demand Generation
ATLANTA, GA. February 15, 2016 - Dom Beveridge is the new executive vice president of demand generation for The Rainmaker Group. The former general manager of Rainmaker's Multifamily Data Exchange (MDX), Beveridge was promoted to take full advantage of his deep hotel and multifamily experience as the organization expands its business in both verticals.
“Dom's hospitality expertise and his exceptional work shepherding MDX made his newest role a logical move for us,” said Rainmaker President Tammy Farley. “He brings the ideal combination of talents to help shape any number of innovations that lie ahead for Rainmaker, and we look forward to his continued leadership.”
Beveridge's new responsibilities include spearheading Rainmaker's annual user conference, OPTIMIZE, which draws top hotel and gaming executives for three days of in-depth education and insights by leading experts in revenue optimization. This year's program, OPTIMIZE2016, will be held in Miami Feb. 17-19.
Beveridge brings to his role nearly 20 years of experience in market analytics, pricing and revenue management across a variety of industries. He joined Rainmaker to start the MDX project in September 2012, drawing on his expertise in competitive intelligence for the hospitality sector to help create a groundbreaking data-sharing platform for multifamily operators.
Before Rainmaker, his experience includes serving as a senior account manager with JDA Software Group, Inc. There, he led the development of a next-generation price optimization solution for the lodging industry. He was previously a senior manager in the strategy practice of Capgemini Consulting (formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young) in Sydney, Australia, where he led engagements spanning multiple industries. He also worked for Manugistics (formerly Talus Solutions) in its European operations, delivering successful revenue management projects for companies in the hospitality and travel industries.
