ROSEMONT, IL. February 25, 2016 — As part of the company's commitment to internal recognition and team-building, Rosemont, Ill.-based First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG) recently announced its Inner Circle Trip honorees, the top seven performers from across the company's 46 hotel portfolio and corporate headquarters who will enjoy an expense-free international trip. First Hospitality Group, Inc. President and CEO Robert Habeeb made the announcement.

As part of FHG's Inner Circle award program, each year the company's chosen top performers enjoy an all-expense paid international trip. This year, the Inner Circle honorees will embark on a five-day group trip to Japan. The trip will include airfare, spending money and accommodations for each team member and a guest, and does not count against employees earned vacation time. The top performers will travel to both Tokyo and Kyoto to sightsee, enjoy exquisite pre-arranged meals at various well-known restaurants, and will have free time to explore on their own. This year's trip is scheduled for mid-March.

“We chose Japan as this year's FHG Inner Circle destination because it will provide a culturally diverse experience, along with a WOW destination for our team members,” said Stephen Schwartz, chairman of First Hospitality Group. “This has not been a place that we have traveled to and I feel that this journey will be considered a safe and comfortable haven in a very tumultuous world.”

The honorees include general managers:

•Jared Heglin - General Manager, Hyatt Place Des Moines/Downtown in Iowa;
 •Tammie Bock - General Manager, Hampton Inn and Suites Kokomo in Ind.;
 •Ryan Caldwell - General Manager, Hilton Garden Inn St. Paul/Oakdale in Minn. and Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown in Wis.; •Nicholas Johnson - General Manager, Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Downtown in Wis.;
 •Russell John - General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott in Glenview/Northbrook, Ill.;
 •Casey Illig ‐ General Manager, Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Airport in Ohio and; •Mary Pat Knight, senior vice president of people services, FHG corporate

“We pride ourselves on providing great experiences to our hotel guests and our team members are the ones who make it possible,” said Habeeb. “These top performers are doing remarkable things at all of our properties and it is our pleasure to recognize their hard work and dedication with a luxury hospitality experience of their own.”

Previous FHG Inner Circle trips have included Ireland for St. Patrick's Day, a cruise through the Mediterranean, a visit to Jerusalem, a vacation in Monte Carlo and a trip to Portugal.
