OwnerRelations Technology selected to install robust Owner Accounting and Website Solution

JANUARY 28, 2008. OwnerRelations Technology has been selected to provide a complete Owner Experience solution for The Westin Bear Mountain Victoria. The Owner Experience solution works with the Galaxy Hotel Reservation System and includes detailed Owner Accounting Statements and a secure web site so that owners can retrieve their statements and other information online 24/7/365.

'This is a very exciting property to work with', says Frank Franchini, President of OwnerRelations Technology. 'Approximately half of the quarter share fractional condominium units use a standard revenue sharing program. The other half of the quarter share fractional units allocate revenue to the owners based on a unique 'revenue pooling' formula. Having two very different revenue allocation methods in place at one property would normally present challenges, however, the focus and flexibility of the Owner Experience solution is perfectly suited to this complex task.'

Up to this point, the property managers have been doing a lot of the calculations for owner statements manually and with spreadsheets.
