Joel Wineman Joins Rockbridge As Senior Vice President Of Asset Management
COLUMBUS, Ohio - February 2, 2017 - Rockbridge today announced the hiring of Joel Wineman as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. He reports to Marcos Casillas, Managing Director of Asset Management at Rockbridge.
As Senior VP of Asset Management, Joel will monitor the operating performance and physical condition of Rockbridge's properties and collaborate with the company's hotel operating partners to drive positive results and maximize efficiencies within Rockbridge's investment portfolio.
Joel has a long, distinguished career in asset management, real estate investment and operations. Prior to joining Rockbridge, he provided portfolio asset management and acquisition functions for several real estate investment firms including DiamondRock Hospitality Company, where he was responsible for the financial performance of a diverse portfolio of hotels in the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. His career experience also includes time spent in senior asset management roles with Chesapeake Lodging Trust and with hotelAVE, where he was responsible for the financial performance of a 7-property portfolio with over $300 million in annual revenue.
