Director. In his new role, Lester will lead overall operations at the
hotel to uphold the high service standards and 'barefoot luxury'
experience in Great Exuma.
Lester brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality
industry and possesses a keen eye for opening and developing luxury
properties. He offers significant expertise managing world class service
teams to drive the strategic objectives for the hotel and at the
corporate level. Mentored by Horst Schulze, former President/CEO of The
Ritz Carlton Company and Chairman of the Capella Hotel Group, Lester
boasts a championed belt of Five-Star, Four-Diamond, top rated
properties under his resume. As a United States Marine Corps veteran,
Lester's adept leadership skills and highly regarded reputation as a
top-level luxury hotelier is well deserved.
