The Valley Hotel Appoints Jason Logan as New Executive Chef
The Valley Hotel, boutique hotel in the heart of Homewood, Ala. and Valor Hospitality Partners announced the appointment of Jason Logan as executive chef to lead the property's dining concepts and culinary team. In his new role, Chef Logan will spearhead all culinary operations at the 129-room property, overseeing Ironwood Kitchen + Cocktails, The Terrace Bar and The Valley Coffee Co., the property's three on-site food and beverage options.
With over 10 years of industry experience, Chef Logan will play a pivotal role in the culinary operations while working with his team to create the ultimate guest experience. Prior to joining The Valley, Chef Logan served in roles such as chef de cuisine, sous chef and executive chef across multiple private members-only clubs throughout Idaho and Alabama. In his most recent role, Chef Logan served as The Valley's executive sous chef upon the hotel's opening in February 2021. "I am beyond excited to embark on this new journey as executive chef for The Valley Hotel," said Logan. "I will continue to challenge both myself and my team to prepare dishes that our guests can both experience and create memories around."
