Gordon Palm Appointed Director of Sales & Marketing at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club
Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is pleased to welcome industry veteran Gordon Palm as the new director of sales and marketing. In his new role, Palm will lead the team to spearhead leisure and group business, and further position the property as the leading, year-round luxury resort on Cape Cod with 21,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and a diverse selection of on-site experiences.
With over 30 years of experience within the industry, Palm began his career in hospitality at Hilton Hotel in St. Petersburg, FL, as a sales manager. From there, he seasoned his skill set and climbed the ranks by holding a variety of sales and marketing leadership and management positions at respected Hilton, Hyatt, Embassy Suites and Sheraton properties across the country. Prior to joining Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, Palm served as vice president of sales & marketing for Widewaters Hotels where he oversaw more than 20 hotels across 10 states.

Palm attended Akron University in Akron, OH from 1983 to 1987 until he joined the U.S. Army in 1987, where he went on to serve as a Specialist for eight years until 1995. He was honorably discharged with five medals of commendation.
