Remington Hotels Promotes Keith Oltchick to Chief Development Officer
Remington Hotels, a dynamic hotel management company that manages over 115 hotels, has elevated former Executive Vice President of Business Development Keith Oltchick to Chief Development Officer. In this elevated role, Keith will lead the execution of the overall business development vision, strategy, plans, and processes to increase revenue, expand markets and ensure Remington accomplishes financial objectives.

Oltchick joined Remington in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, focused on acquiring and developing properties all over the United States and the Caribbean. Keith was promoted to Executive Vice President of Business Development in March 2022. His primary focus was to expand Remington's third-party management platform by sourcing new management opportunities, acquiring hotels, and leading the effort to develop new properties with our institutional partners.

Before joining Remington, Oltchick held similar acquisition and development roles with the Pyramid Hotel Group and Hersha Hospitality Trust. He started his hospitality career at Marriott International, where he held several positions in finance and feasibility. These roles focused on capital oversight for Marriott's managed hotel portfolios, rolling out new brand initiatives, and determining the feasibility of new hotels in the system.
