Makeready Appoints Ben Thiele as Managing Director of Noelle

Thiele graduated from Washington State University with a major in Business Administration with an emphasis in hospitality. Thiele always knew he wanted to build a career around being in-service to others and hospitality is his vehicle to do so. With an impressive hospitality career spanning over a decade Thiele is thrilled to bring his talents to Nashville where he will oversee and lead daily operations within the hotel, work alongside Makeready on service strategy to increase revenue and ensure that the property exceeds guest needs.
Prior to joining Noelle, Thiele served as the General Manager of Alila Marea Beach Resort in Encinitas, CA, where he created a harmonious culture surrounding heart-centered leadership focusing on team empowerment. During his time at Alila Marea Beach Resort Thiele was included in San Diego Business Journal's "Top 500 Most Influential People in San Diego" and helped the property win accolades such as Forbes "Best Hotel in San Diego."
