Apa Group and Apa Hotel Usa, Inc. Make Landmark Acquisition of Downtown Seattle Hotel
APA Hotel Co., Ltd. announced that it completed the acquisition of the Hilton Seattle, Washington State, USA, through APA Hotel USA, Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of APA Hotel Co., Ltd. The property will remain under the management of Stonebridge Hospitality Management and will be rebranded immediately as Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA. Details regarding the terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
