A distinguished leader in luxury hospitality, Claudio brings over four decades of experience, an unwavering commitment to exceptional service, and a deep passion for cultivating and empowering teams.

A native of Milan, Italy, Claudio began his journey in luxury hospitality at some of the country's most exclusive properties before playing a pivotal role in the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Milan. His tenure with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts took him to New York, where he developed a deep affinity for the United States while holding a leadership role at the legendary Plaza Hotel.

Claudio's journey continued with the successful launch of Four Seasons Westlake Village in Malibu, followed by his return to Italy to oversee the opening of the acclaimed Four Seasons Residence Club Firenze. His expertise extended to Asia as Executive Assistant Manager of Shangri-La Manila before he assumed leadership at the esteemed One&Only Resort in Australia. In 2022, he joined the storied Inn at Perry Cabin, further strengthening his legacy as a preeminent hotelier.

Now, at the helm of Chatham Bars Inn, Claudio looks forward to embracing the charm of Cape Cod, where he can indulge in his love for golf, fine dining, and coastal living alongside his wife.
