"It is an incredible honor to return to Honduras and contribute to such a prestigious resort," said Rudy Morales. "Kimpton Grand Roatán is a jewel of the Caribbean, and I look forward to creating unforgettable culinary experiences that celebrate our local flavors and global influences."
Morales has recently relocated to Roatán with his wife, Chloe Jane Morales Faulkner, their 14-year-old twins, Sebastián and Isabella, and their beloved dog, Luna "Lulú." Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, celebrating Honduran traditions, and savoring his favorite childhood dishes: baleadas and cassava bread.
