Developers Building a Holiday Inn Express

ANTIGO, WI, November 13, 2007. IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) [LON: IHG, NYSE: IHG (ADRs)], the world's largest hotel group by number of rooms announces plans for a new 60-room Holiday Inn Express in Antigo, WI. The new property is expected to open in 2008 and will be Antigo's first Holiday Inn Express hotel.
Holiday Inn Express-Antigo will be owned by Mike Levis and David West of Antigo Accommodations, L.L.C., under a license agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group and managed by IHG's Americas operations division. Antigo resident Tori Kautza, who has seven years experience in management in both the hotel industry and Holiday Inn, will be the local manager.
Guests at the upcoming Holiday Inn Express - Antigo will experience a comfortable and smart environment with innovative preferred guest upgrades to ensure a productive stay while traveling for business or leisure. The Express Start(R) breakfast bar, a complimentary caf'e-style breakfast bar features a proprietary cinnamon roll and Smart Roast(R) coffee as well as other morning favorites. The SimplySmartTM shower incorporates a proprietary Stay SmartTM Kohler showerhead, upgraded 100 percent cotton terry towels and a new line of cinnamon-scented bath products. Guests will enjoy the SimplySmartTM bedding collection where guests will find new crisp fresh bedding which features an attractive decorative top sheet, a medium-weight duvet blanket and soft 200 thread-count sheets. Simply Smart bedding is currently being implemented at Holiday Inn Express hotels across the country.
