The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Appoints Luis Garcia as Director of Food & Beverage
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Luis Garcia as Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, Garcia will oversee the resort's distinguished culinary and beverage program spanning BH Prime, Atlantikós, La Gourmandise and The St. Regis Bar, as well as its events, banquets and in-room dining operations. His leadership will further strengthen the resort's reputation for delivering extraordinary dining experiences that reflect the brand's signature blend of timeless sophistication and modern luxury.
A seasoned hospitality executive with more than three decades of experience, Garcia brings a proven record of operational excellence and creative innovation. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Food & Beverage at SLS South Beach, where he led eight venues including The Bazaar by José Andrés and Katsuya, driving double-digit profitability gains and securing top TripAdvisor rankings for fine dining in Miami Beach.
Throughout his distinguished career, Garcia has collaborated with Michelin-starred chefs and global culinary brands, orchestrating large-scale events such as Taste of SLS and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, earning international recognition. His ability to unite operational precision with visionary creativity has made him a respected leader within the luxury hospitality sector.

A graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with additional studies in Business Administration at Miami Dade College, Garcia also completed the Accor Hotel GM Training Course and Cornell University's Executive Leadership Program. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player who enjoys spending time with family and exploring new culinary trends.
