Hoshizaki Launches Serenity Series Ice Machine and Dispenser (DKM-500)
NOVEMBER 1, 2007. The sleek self contained design reduces opportunities for cross contamination and is protected by HoshiGuard Antimicrobial Agent, within the ice making zone plus it is the only machine to have antimicrobial in the push button area. The DKM-500 is available with 6" legs or 6" casters as well as a water valve accessory. Serviceability and installation is convenient because technicians can access the machine from the front by removing the single panel and the unit can easily be moved when on casters.
The DKM-500 encompass' all the exclusive KM Cuber features and benefits. A stainless steel evaporator with no plating or chipping allows for individual crescent cubes to be formed on both sides of the evaporator. The design allows for the freezing of the purest water and formation of crystal clear cubes. The CycleSaver(R) Design allows the cuber to produce the same quantity of ice in about half the cycles of the other ice machines. The DKM features an attractive stainless steel construction with fewer moving parts which means dependability, longer machine life and energy savings. The DKM-500 meets new government guidelines, such as the CEC.
