Richard Keurajian Appointed DOSM of Princeton Wyndham

PLAINSBORO, NJ, March 18, 2008. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts today announced the appointment of Richard Keurajian as director of sales and marketing of the 364-room Wyndham(R) Princeton Forrestal Hotel & Conference Center.

Keurajian, who has more than 24 years of hospitality experience in both independent and branded properties, is responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business to the property.

Previously, he served as director of sales and marketing for the 347-room Hyatt Regency Princeton and held several conference center marketing and sales positions with Benchmark Hospitality, Dolce International, Harrison Conference Centers and Doral Forrestal of Princeton. He also worked for Doral resorts and Bally's hotels. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from The College of New Jersey.

The property, formerly known as the Merrill Lynch Conference Center, is in the final phase of a $7 million upgrade of its conference center, guest rooms, lobby and dining outlets including the addition of flat screen televisions and signature amenities designed by the Princeton architecture firm Michael Graves & Associates.

The conference center, managed by Wyndham Hotel Management Company and certified by the International Association of Conference Centers, features 64 state-of-the-art meeting rooms, 47,000 square feet of function space and a 400-seat amphitheater.

The hotel and conference center is located midway between New York and Philadelphia, just minutes away from downtown Princeton, in the heart of central New Jersey's business corridor in an upscale, tranquil setting surrounded by nature trails that is convenient to pharmaceutical, high-tech, biotech and financial companies.
