Angela Landgraf Joins Sage as VPMS&BD
DENVER, CO, April 15, 2008. Sage Hospitality, a national leader in hotel development and management, announced that Angela Landgraf has joined the Sage team as Vice President of Management Services and New Business Development, part of the firm's Acquisition and Development team.

Landgraf will have responsibility for securing new projects by way of management contracts and tech service/pre-opening agreements for new and existing hotels being developed by institutional investors, real estate developers, REITs and/or municipalities. Securing of new projects and management contracts may be accompanied by the form of key money, mezzanine loans, subordinated debt, guarantees, sliver equity investments or any combination thereof.

Prior to joining Sage Hospitality, Landgraf was North Americas Director for New Business Development with the Intercontinental Global Development Group in San Jose, CA supporting all 7 independent hotel brands, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites, & Candlewood Suites.
Prior to Intercontinental, she held several roles of increasing responsibility with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, including Senior Director, New Business Development at Starwood Real Estate Global Development Group in White Plains, NY. She also has previous experience with Concorde International Hotels and the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group.
Landgraf holds her degree from Regis University in Denver.
