Wyndham Names VP Change Management
MAY 12, 2008. Wyndham Hotel Group today announced the promotion of Rosanne Zusman to vice president of change management, responsible for identifying and developing innovation opportunities that enhance the company's value proposition to its shareholders, franchisees and employees. She will have a reporting relationship with Jeff Edwards, Wyndham Hotel Group chief information officer and executive vice president of global revenue services and Robert Loewen, Wyndham Hotel Group executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Zusman, an 11-year company veteran, formerly was vice president of marketing for the company's Super 8(R), Howard Johnson(R), Travelodge(R) and Knights Inn(R) brands, responsible for the development and implementation of online and offline media, sponsorships and promotions.
From 1999 to 2001, Zusman was corporate director of marketing for the company's Ramada(R) brand, responsible for executing national and regional marketing activities. From 1992 to 1999, Zusman worked for Century 21 Real Estate Corp. in a variety of capacities including director of regional marketing for the Eastern United States and director of international franchise services.
From 1986 to 1992, Zusman held positions with several regional advertising agencies including The Bomstein/Gura Agency, Morris-Beecher and BVB Advertising, working with clients in the retail and service sectors. She began her career in 1986 with Goldberg.Marchesano.Kohlman, a Washington, D.C., marketing firm specializing in national and regional retail accounts.
Zusman graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., in 1986. She is based in Wyndham Hotel Group's Parsippany, N.J., offices.
