Luke Musselman Recognized as Crescent Hotels & Resorts' GM of the Year
WASHINGTON, DC, June 13, 2008. Crescent Hotels & Resorts, one of the leading hotel and resort management and ownership companies, has chosen Luke A. Musselman, GM of the Sheraton Washington North, Beltsville, MD, as the recipient of its 2007 General Manager of the Year Award.
Presented at the Company's 2008 Leadership Conference held recently at Crescent's Sheraton Brookfield Hotel in Milwaukee, WI, the award recognizes Musselman's outstanding accomplishments in achieving or exceeding his hotel's projected fiscal goals, as well as encouraging the growth potential and satisfaction of his associates. It also acknowledges Musselman's dedication to delivering a high degree of guest satisfaction, willingness to provide support for other hotels and his committed involvement in community activities.

Musselman has more than fifteen years of progressive responsibility in hospitality management. Currently, as GM of the Sheraton Washington North, he has seen nearly $5 million in property renovations, encompassing complete guest room and bath renovations, meeting space upgrades, state-of-the-art fitness center and the revamping of the lobby to include a Starbucks market place and the installation of the Link@Starwood business center, providing ease-of-access to computers for work or leisure.
