Benchmark Appoints El Hassan Erroudani DF&B at The Heldrich

HOUSTON, TX, July 14, 2008. Benchmark Hospitality has announced the appointment of El Hassan Erroudani as director of food & beverage for The Heldrich, the award-winning hotel and conference center located in revitalized downtown New Brunswick, New Jersey. Michael J. Taylor, CMP, general manager, made the announcement.

"I am so pleased to welcome Hassan to The Heldrich," said Mr. Taylor. "He brings vast executive-level experience to his new role, including working in food and beverage departments at major brands."

Hassan Erroudani comes to his new position at The Heldrich with over two decades of expertise in food and beverage operations. He was previously chief operating officer of Karm LLC & Brittany Corporation in Orlando, responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's successful stand-alone family restaurant group. Prior to this, Mr. Erroudani held executive positions with Hyatt Hotel & Resorts in locations throughout the United States, including director-level appointments at properties in the Tampa, Atlanta, and Houston markets. Erroudani began his hospitality career as beverage manager for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

Mr. Erroudani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Mohammed V. University, the prestigious educational institution located in Agdal-Rabat, Morocco, his country of origin. Mr. Erroudani is an active member of the Moroccan community within the United States. He serves as president of the Moroccan American Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member of the Arab American Community Center, as well as a board member of the Moroccan American Council. He and his family are relocating to central New Jersey.
