Veronica Claveran Named F&B Director for Makaha Resort & Golf Club
OAHU. HI, October 14, 2005. Veronica "Ronnie" Claveran has joined the Makaha Resort & Golf Club as Food & Beverage Director. She will oversee the restaurant, lounge, snack bar, beverage cart and banquet kitchen operations. She will also be responsible for sales and promotions related to food & beverage.
Claveran has over 20 years of Hawaii and mainland experience in hotel and golf club food & beverage operations, most recently at the Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore of Oahu. Her college education includes studies in hospitality management, culinary arts and business management.
