Joseph Duperre Named GM of Chattanooga Marriott

STATE COLLEGE, PA, August 28, 2008. Shaner Hotel Group announced that it has named Joseph Duperre as General Manager of the Chattanooga Marriott at the Convention Center in Chattanooga, TN.
Mr. Duperre brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Shaner, most notably serving in roles of increasing responsibility at Marriott International properties in Arizona, Texas, California, Kansas, Iowa and Minnesota, including serving as Director of Operations at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Most recently, Mr. Duperre served as General Manager for Interstate Hotels & Resorts' Holiday Inn Minneapolis property and the Morgantown, West Virginia Waterfront Place Hotel.
