DESTIN, FL, October 12, 2005. Sterling Resorts has retained Carl Rush, a 25-year veteran of the vacation rental industry and longtime Northwest Florida resident, to assist and oversee vacation rental operations for Sterling's Highway 30-A and Inlet Beach activities, including Sanctuary at Redfish, Sanctuary by the Sea, The Preserve, Preserve Place and Lakeside. According to Jim Olin, Sterling Resorts' CEO, Rush is a welcome and valuable addition to the Sterling team.

"Carl brings to Sterling and our clients a wealth of talent and experience specific to Northwest Florida's vacation rental industry, especially along 30-A," said Olin. "Plus, as a long-time area resident, he is extremely tuned into the wants and needs of the individual owner/investor, as well as the upscale vacation guest. We are confident that Carl will do an excellent job in ensuring that current Sterling-managed properties and any new additions to our management program reflect Sterling Resorts' commitment to service and quality." Most recently, Rush served as a regional senior operations manager at ResortQuest.
