DALLAS, TX, April 21, 2009 - Mary Mulloy has joined the sales team at the Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas, as Group Sales Manager. Her primary responsibilities will be selling group meetings, with a focus on corporate events and business from Dallas to the West Coast.

"Mary is stepping into a new position on our staff, because we see great opportunity based on a number of upgrades and renovations we have recently completed," said Joe Massar, Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel. "She brings tremendous energy, goal orientation and people skills, and we expect her to make outstanding contributions to our business."

Mulloy brings extensive hospitality and sales experience to the position. She joins the Warwick Melrose from Republic National Distributing Company/Republic Beverage, where she was On-Premise District Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. In her first position with Republic, she was an On-Premise Sales Representative dedicated exclusively to working with caterers, country clubs and hotels. Prior to that position, she worked as Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager at the Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas, and she also held a variety of management positions with Uncle Julio's Corporation in Virginia and Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, and has earned the Wine & Spirits Education Trust Certificate.
