Jerry Petitt Named to AAA Board of Directors
MAY 8, 2009 - Hotel veteran Jerry Petitt, CEO of hotel management firm, CHA Management, was named to the national board of directors of the American Automobile Association at its 106th annual meeting in Orlando. Petitt, formerly President and Vice-Chairman of Choice Hotels and Chief Operating Officer of Best Western, has served on the board of the AAA Mid-Atlantic for a number of years.
Petitt founded CHA Management to provide experienced hotel management and development skills to the mid-priced segment. He has owned and managed hotels in a variety of brands including Marriott's Courtyard, Fairfield and SpringHill Suites, Hilton's Hampton Inn and Choice's Comfort, Sleep and Quality Inns.
