Sterling Resorts Honors Employee Winners of Its 'Make a Difference' Awards
DESTIN, FL, December 5, 2005. Two Sterling Resorts employees were recognized at a Nov. 22 luncheon as recent winners of the company's Make a Difference Award. Paul Bloom, a maintenance technician at Sterling Sands in Destin, Fla., and Jimmy Kelley, a guest services manager at Sterling Reef in Panama City Beach, Fla., received the award for the months of October and November, respectively.
"Both Paul and Jimmy demonstrate exceptional dedication in the workplace and have excelled as part of the Sterling Resorts team," said Ken Wampler, vice president of business development for Sterling Resorts. "They serve as excellent role models within our company and community, and we congratulate them for being recognized as our most recent Make A Difference Award winners."
Make A Difference Award recipients, who are selected monthly on the basis of community service, notable team contributions and outstanding job performance, receive personalized plaques and cash awards. They also are eligible to win the company's annual Make A Difference Award.
