David Catalon Named Director of Sales & Marketing of the Conrad Indianapolis

BRUSSELS, December 14, 2005. David Catalon has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing of the Conrad(R) Indianapolis, a luxury 241-guest room property in Indianapolis.

David Catalon joins the Conrad Indianapolis after a five-year period with the Ritz-Carlton, where he held the positions of Director of Performance Management and Director of Sales & Marketing in New Orleans, Cleveland, and most recently, Dearborn in Michigan. With 15 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Catalon brings to his role at the Conrad Indianapolis a wealth of specialist skills, including performance management analysis, planning of marketing and sales campaigns, training and team development.

In his new role, Catalon will be responsible for directing sales and marketing operations at the Conrad Indianapolis, due to open in April 2006.

His extensive sales and marketing experience in the luxury hotel industry is crucial for this role. The hotel, located at 50 West Washington Street, is the first luxury hotel in Indianapolis and the fourth Conrad property in the United States, after New York, Miami and Chicago. In addition to well-appointed and spacious guest rooms, it will offer upscale dining, a sophisticated spa, fitness facilities and over 10,000 square feet of meeting space.

Indianapolis, the capital of Indiana, is the 12th largest city in the United States. It is a focal point of commerce, transportation and manufacturing for the region. Electronics, pharmaceuticals and food service are leading industries in the city.

Catalon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
