Alderbrook Appoints Janet Christopher Director of Sales

SEATTLE, WA, January 30, 2006. Alderbrook Resort & Spa announces the appointment of Janet Christopher as director of sales and marketing. In her new position, Christopher will direct national and local corporate accounts and establish a Seattle-based sales office.

Since 2002, Christopher was the director of sales at Seattle Hospitality Services, where she managed signature Seattle and Puget Sound events. Prior to joining Seattle Hospitality Services, Christopher held a variety of positions with Four Seasons Olympic Hotel in Seattle and Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, Hawaii. While with Four Seasons, Christopher served as conference services manager and group sales manager. In 1997, Christopher held sales positions with The Seattle Times Company and with Two Downtown, Inc.

In addition to her responsibilities at Alderbrook, Christopher serves as a volunteer on the steering committee for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Previously, Christopher volunteered with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Terry Fox Foundation, and Meeting Professional International.
