Benchmark Appoints Chrissandra G. Passafiume Controller
HOUSTON, TX, March 10, 2006. Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the appointment of Chrissandra G. Passafiume as controller for the 86-guestroom Danfords on the Sound, located in Port Jefferson, Long Island, New York. Stewart Weiner, general manager of the property, made the announcement. The position is a reappointment for Ms. Passafiume, who has held the same role at the property since 2000 under previous management.
"Chrissandra is a first rate professional and we value her contribution to the financial management of Danfords on the Sound," said Mr. Weiner. "She has brought strong leadership to the Accounting department at the property and we look forward to her continued success under the management of Benchmark Hospitality International."
Chrissandra Passafiume has been employed by Danfords on the Sound since 1997. Prior to her appointment as controller, Passafiume was the resort's assistant controller and for a period of several months served as acting controller during a management company transition. Previous to this she was employed in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility.
Chrissandra Passafiume has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph's College, located in Patchogue, New York. She resides in Mount Sinai, New York.
