Days Inn in Penticton, BC Completes $4 million Renovation
TORONTO, ON, March 13, 2006. The recently expanded Penticton Days Inn & Conference Centre has completed over $4 million in guestroom and facility renovations. The four-year project has seen the hotel nearly double in size, making it one of South Okanagan's premier hotel facilities.

Facility expansion includes the addition of the Black Iron Grill & Steakhouse, a Daybreak Caf'e breakfast room, the Riverside Conference Centre with over 5000 square feet of meeting facilities and an indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness centre. The Black Iron Grill & Steakhouse, Penticton's newest steakhouse, is open daily for lunch and dinner and prepares all the in-house catering for the hotel. The Daybreak Caf'e breakfast room offers a free continental breakfast featuring healthy and delicious choices such as a selection of hot and cold cereals and fruit salad. The new Riverside Conference Centre can accommodate up to 150 people, while the Mosaic and Vintage meeting rooms are equipped for video conferencing and are ideal for meetings of up to 50 guests.
Guestroom upgrades include five-star chiropractic queen and king size mattresses, in-room refrigerators and complimentary high-speed Internet access (wireless and data port). Guestrooms also feature the new SolTerre(R) shower experience, offering increased light and elbowroom through an innovative window pane shower curtain and curved shower rod, as well as a multi-action, six-function Waterpik(R) showerhead and citrus and sunflower enriched SolTerre(R) bath amenities.
