Jay Leonard Appointed GM at Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio
WAIKIKI, Honolulu, HI, April 13, 2006. Veteran hotelier, Jay Leonard has been named General Manager of the Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio, a full-service property featuring distinctive Hawaiian hospitality, located in the heart of Waikiki. His appointment was effective April 3, 2006.

Leonard is a recognized expert at managing brand service, standards and contribution management; market share performance, management team performance, asset maintenance and capital planning, and overall GOP/NOI performance results.
More recently, he orchestrated a multi-million dollar renovation and oversaw the conversion of the previously 752 room Radisson Orlando Hotel to the Doubletree Hotel at the entrance to Universal Orlando. The property sustained significant damage as a result of the impact of three consecutive hurricanes, and Leonard was responsible for directing all subsequent repairs.
In addition, Leonard has held senior leadership positions with the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, Millennium Hilton, Fontainebleau Hilton Resort & Spa, and Doubletree Golf Resort (San Diego).
