Hyatt Names Elsa Pagan Individual Travel Sales Manager of the Year
HOUSTON, TX, May 22, 2006. Don Henderson, Managing Director of Hyatt Regency Houston, is pleased to announce that Hyatt Hotels Corporation has named Senior Sales Manager - Individual Travel, Elsa Pagan, Individual Travel Manager of the Year.
As Senior Sales Manager - Individual Travel, Elsa's goal is to provide excellent service and to maintain relationships with the movers and shakers of Fortune 500 companies. She meets her clients' hospitality needs, solicits new business via networking, and develops and promotes special hotel packages for leisure travelers. Many of the successful hotel packages Hyatt Regency Houston offers guests are the product of Elsa's creativity and knowledge of the hotel and travel industries.
Her success was not met without hard work. She began her career with Hyatt Regency Houston over 30 years ago in the reservations department. Her dedication and thirst for knowledge allowed her to become promoted to several managerial positions and allowed her to move to various departments in the hotel. She has received numerous nominations and awards for Manager of the Year and outstanding production achievement.
