Elisa Soregaroli Named Director of Sales

AMSTERDAM, NL, September 4, 2006. Hendrik Bosch, General Manager of the InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam, has the pleasure to announce the appointment of Elisa Soregaroli as Director of Sales. Soregaroli joined the Sales Department of the Amstel Hotel in November 2002 in the position of Sales Manager. In January 2006 she was promoted to Senior Sales Manager. In her new capacity as Director of Sales Soregaroli will be responsible for all sales activities in the hotel. On a day to day basis she will report to Jan-Paul Kroese, Resident Manager of the Amstel Hotel.

From 1995-1997 Soregaroli was active as Sales Representative at the International Convention Center in Milan. In June 2000 she graduated from l'Ecole h^oteli`ere de Lausanne with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Hotel Operations Management. During her study she worked as a trainee in several five star hotels such as the Kempinski Hotel in Frankfurt and the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam. After her traineeship in the Hilton Hotel she became Sales Assistant. In September 2000 Soregaroli accepted a new challenge as Recruitment Consultant at a consultancy company called Computer Futures Solutions. After two years she returned to the hotel business to become Sales Manager at the InterContinental Amstel Amsterdam.
