Benchmark Appoints Patrick Bolt Director of Facilities

HOUSTON TX, June 30, 2006. Benchmark Hospitality International has appointed Patrick Bolt to the position of director of facilities for Turtle Bay Resort, located on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Robert Boyle, managing director at the resort, made the announcement.
"We are so fortunate to have Patrick join the Benchmark team at Turtle Bay Resort," said Mr. Boyle. "He brings immense enthusiasm and professional expertise to the property operations team, which will greatly enhance our goal to be Oahu's premier resort."
Most recently, Mr. Bolt was assistant chief engineer for Benchmark's east coast flagship property, Lansdowne Resort, located in Leesburg, Virginia, near Washington, DC. While at Lansdowne, Bolt also served the Benchmark organization in the role of Task Force Support, where he assisted Turtle Bay Resort with facility operational projects.
Previous to this, Bolt gained extensive expertise in facilities management with an emphasis on air-conditioning systems, serving as service technician at a variety of medical centers.
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Patrick Bolt immigrated to the United States during the 1980s, soon after joining the US Air Force where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Mr. Bolt is a strong supporter of the visual and performing arts. He is an active member of the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. He has relocated to Oahu.
