Hotel Providence Wins Best of New England Award
Boston Magazine's New England Travel and Life 2006 Awards
PROVIDENCE, RI, July 6, 2006. Boston Magazine's New England Travel announced their 2006 winners, and selected the Four Diamond boutique Hotel Providence as Best Hotel, City other than Boston.
According to New England Travel and Life magazine, the 80-room Hotel Providence was recognized for quality and excellence because of its worldly and unique d'ecor, the award winning cuisine at L'Epicureo, and the local flavor that is displayed throughout the property, specifically, the Rhode Island School of Design art that decorates each guestroom.
This prestigious award comes at a great time, since Providence is growing as a New England tourist destination with many attractions and reasons to visit. The Hotel Providence's appearance in early 2005, has contributed to this by creating a memorable luxury travel experience for all its guests.
"To receive this award by Boston Magazine's New England Travel and Life is an honor. It is the dedication and commitment of our team that makes the difference in what we do for our guests. All of us at the Hotel Providence are both excited and proud to have achieved this distinction in just the second year of operation," said Christine Nevers, General Manager of the luxury Hotel Providence.
