BOULDER, CO, July 11, 2006. Escaping alone from an eighty-foot deep glacial crevasse is not a requirement for meeting at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder. To be motivated and inspired by someone who has, on the other hand, puts a new perspective on team building.

For 24 years, Jim Davidson has earned accolades as a mountain climber, international expedition leader and high-altitude rescuer. When he lost a climbing partner in a fall and had to claw his way out of glacial avalanche debris and then eight feet up an overhanging ice wall, he learned quite a bit about perseverance, resilience and overcoming adversity. And those lessons are the foundation of the motivational speeches and workshops Davidson provides as "Adventure Consultant" in partnership with the Millennium Harvest House Boulder.
