Manages Labor Productivity
JULY 19, 2006. Debra Morgan Controller of Marriott Warner Center has been using priZem's Labor Intelligence application for the last several years. Since its installation, the use of this labor productivity tool has proven to show both productive and profitable results within the operation.
By implementing Labor Intelligence, Marriott Warner Center has been able to increase productivity, produce a labor forecast based upon chosen performance indicators automatically and distribute reports by department via email to its managers quickly, easily and in much less time than before.
Utilizing the Labor Intelligence direct interface to the ADP Timesaver Time and Attendance database, actual hours and wages data can be quickly imported directly from the Timesaver database in one step to create labor reports that eliminate labor variances.
With priZem Labor Intelligence, Marriott Warner Center can now manage its labor expenses by producing labor reports that can be compared against forecast, budget, prior year with variances to forecast based on revenue and statistical data.
