NH Partners with Spanair
NH Hoteles has joined in the "Spanair Plus+" frequent flyer loyalty program
JULY 26, 2006. The chain continues reinforcing its customer loyalty strategy by becoming an "international partner" in the main frequent flyer programmes in Europe and Latin America. These associations are part of the strategic plans of NH Hoteles seeking out new alliances in the chain's main target markets.
On the other hand, joining "Spanair Plus+" comes after having already entered into alliances with other programmes such as Aerom'exico's "Club Premier"; KLM and Airfrance's "Flying Blue"; Lufthansa's "Miles & More" or "Iberia Plus".
The "Spanair Plus+" loyalty programme was set up in 1996. It now has more than 500,000 members and offers a large number of partners for frequent leisure and business travellers. A programme that is little by little becoming a reference programme for travellers in Europe.
The members of "Spanair Plus+" will receive, in return for staying at any of the hotels that are in the programme, points that they can swap for overnight stays at hotels, plane tickets, car rentals or special promotions.
Thus, the members of the programme will receive, depending on the hotel's category, 40, 60 or 75 points every time they stay with NH Hoteles.
The advantages offered by "Spanair Plus+" also include in particular the swapping of the points earned for staying at any of the categories of the hotel chain.
Thus, 8,000, 6,500 or 5,000 points will qualify for a one-night stay for two at a hotel in the Collection, NH Hoteles or NH Express categories respectively.
Members of the programme will, until 31 August, qualify for double points at all the hotels that are in the programme.
Moreover, accumulating 4,500 points during this period will qualify for a one-night stay at any hotel in the chain, regardless of category.
