Francoise Chuang Appointed Director of Sales, Catering, Conference Services

HONG KONG, August 21, 2006. Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Francoise Chuang as Director of Sales - Catering and Conference Services.
Francoise Chuang rejoins the Sales & Marketing team from Hong Kong Disneyland, where until recently she held the position of Sales Specialist. Prior to that, Francoise enjoyed Events roles at Credit Suisse and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong as well as Sales Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong from May 2001 to August 2003.
Francoise's introduction to the hospitality industry was through her training at world-renowned Les Roches in Switzerland, from where she graduated with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and her career has enjoyed tremendous success ever since. In her new role, Francoise's knowledge of the property prior to closure will be of substantial benefit as she guides the Events and Catering activities forward when it reopens in late September.
Ms Chuang will report to Vanessa Williams, Director of Sales & Marketing.
