. October 14, 2008

PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 22, 2006. PKF Consulting (PKF-C), a management consulting firm specializing in the hospitality industry, has announced the hiring of Reed Woodworth as Vice President in the firm's newly opened Boston office. Mr. Woodworth will work on hospitality consulting engagements throughout the New England region, as well as assignments in the public sector at the local, state, and national level. He will also assist with the operation of the federal government consulting practice headquartered in the firm's Alexandria, Virginia office. "Reed Woodworth is a 22-year veteran within the lodging industry and brings to our firm a wide range of consulting experience," said Dave Arnold, C.E.O. - East for PKF-C. "PKF Consulting is fortunate to have someone with Reed's talents on board to assist our clients."

After graduating from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree, Woodworth joined the U.S. Army and served as a Finance Officer. Upon his discharge, Woodworth began a 16-year career with several prominent consulting firms. During his tenure as a hospitality consultant, Woodworth has worked on a variety of assignments involving strategic planning, consumer preference research, appraisals, workouts, management company selection, and franchise agreement negotiations.

"Our business volume in New England has grown substantially during the past few years. It makes sense to have someone in the region to serve the needs of our clients," Arnold noted. "In addition, Reed's vast experience assisting the U.S. armed forces with its on-base hospitality operations adds depth to our firm's historically strong military consulting practice."
