Noble Completes Upgrade of Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park

$7 Million Enhancement Includes the Addition of Steele's Restaurant

ATLANTA, GA, July 30, 2009 - Privately held Noble Investment Group ("Noble"), a leading sponsor of private equity real estate funds and an integrated lodging and hospitality operating and development organization, today announced the completion of a comprehensive $7 million renovation to the Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park. The hotel enhancements incorporate upgrades to all of the Hilton's 205 guest rooms and its 10,000 square-feet of event and meeting space. Hilton also unveiled Steele's, a contemporary upscale dining experience serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Additions to the Hilton's guest rooms include granite foyers and wood crown molding, new 37" flat screen televisions, Hilton's acclaimed Serenity Bedding, and enhanced work areas with ergonomic desk chair.

Guest bathrooms feature new tile, vinyl and upgraded lighting fixtures to complement the guestroom's decor. Guests are treated to Hilton Serenity Bath Collection featuring Crabtree and Evelyn's LA Source bath amenities. The Hilton also introduces its new Executive Lounge, accented with warm earth tones and featuring complimentary hot and cold breakfast selections and weekday evening hors d'oeurves.

Steele's features upscale dining with a contemporary Southern flair. A beautiful custom granite buffet area features a made-to-order omelet station and also highlights the Hilton Breakfast Buffet served daily.

Executive Chef Joe Sciarrotta has an extensive background in upscale dining, full service catering and private chef experience and received his culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America.

Also new to the Hilton Birmingham Perimeter Park team is Director of Sales, Jim Coffey.
