Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Extends Holiday Cheer with Winter Package
San Diego's Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina (HR Mission Bay) is decked out for the holidays and invites guests to enjoy a roster of festive activities, affordable winter room package and exciting contest with the chance to win a free night at the hotel.

The HR Mission Bay's “Winter Getaway” package includes a special room rate starting at $169 and a $50 credit per stay that can be used at the hotel's waterfront dining venue and eco-friendly Blue Marble Spa, recently named one of the top 10 Green Spas in the world by Organic Spa magazine.
From Dec. 21-26, family-oriented activities will be offered such as holiday arts and craft projects including ornament and stocking decorations; taking the plunge down one of the HR Mission Bay's holiday-themed waterslides; and a poolside screening of Polar Express. On Dec. 24 and 25, a candy cane contest will determine the lucky winner of a future one-night complimentary stay at the resort (subject to availability).
The HR Mission Bay's award-winning and waterfront Red Marlin restaurant will offer a special three-course Christmas menu in addition to its regular menu of California-modern cuisine.
Created by Chef de Cuisine Danny Bannister, the special menu begins with a choice of Winter Greens with Apples, Almonds, Goat Cheese, Pomegranate Dressing or Butternut Squash Soup followed by Grilled Rib-Eye, Rosemary Pan Jus served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. Sweet dessert options include Eggnog Cheesecake or Flourless Chocolate Cake.
The menu will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. and is $38 per person. Reservations are recommended, and can be made by calling the Red Marlin at 619-221-4868.
