Accor Signs with Korean Air Skypass FFP

JANUARY 10, 2007. Accor and Korean Air have signed a partnership agreement, which enables members of the Korean Air Skypass Frequent Flyer Programme to earn miles during their stays at Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure hotels worldwide. As of January 1 2007, Skypass members will earn 500 miles for each stay at Sofitel and 250 miles at Novotel and Mercure.

Accor Senior Vice President Strategic Partnerships, Mr Jean-Louis Dubrule said: "We look forward to welcoming members of Korean Air Skypass programme in our hotels around the globe. Our partnership with Korean Air fits the continuity of our relations with Skyteam and the airlines companies members of this alliance."

Korean Air Managing Vice President, Europe Africa Middle East, Mr Kang Dal Ho said: "You need to be always innovative when managing a frequent flyer programme. This partnership with Accor today allows Korean Air to offer to its 14 million clients, members of Skypass, the possibility to earn miles in 1,300 hotels on the five continents."
